High silica sleeve is a tubular refractory product woven with high silica glass fiber. It is mainly used as electrical thermal protection materials and high temperature resistant insulation materials for conductors under high temperature insulation, insulation, thermal insulation and sealing conditions.
Product Description
The high silica braided sleeve has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, ablation resistance and wide use. It can be used for the protection, binding, winding and other production requirements of high temperature workpiece. It can be used stably at 1000 ℃ for a long time, and the instantaneous heat resistance temperature can reach 1450 ℃.
It is widely used for winding high-temperature components (turbocharger periphery, flame nozzle, etc.), product protective layer (cable, high-temperature pipe fittings), and oil volatilization.
High silica sleeves are divided into two types: ordinary and bulky. Their diameters can be customized according to the specific requirements of customers, and of course, coatings can be customized according to wear resistance, waterproofing, and other requirements.
